This fun and friendly community are active participants and each week we work with a different theme or intention. We work with the energy of the Harvest Moon.
Breath Workshop for the Harvest Moon
The Harvest Moon rises on 20th September and this ceremony will provide a reflection point for the year. You will be provided with guidance ahead of the ceremony so that you can prepare your own offering for the harvest on 20th September. The Harvest time is associated with a period when the results of our efforts start to become known.
