Out in the forest, my body showed me it needs nature, perhaps even more than it needs self-nurture. The call of the wild grows stronger each week. But I live in the city, so it's time turn over a new leaf. A fresh approach to my own self-love and care. Something I can do in the time I have spare.

I haven't felt anxious or scared or bothered by the virus. I've just felt exhausted and tired and a need to be silent. This exhaustion feels ancient and deep, right down in my bones; it's finally catching up with me and saying STOP, slow down, your body needs rest - stay at home!

My morning routine looks a bit like SOMA Breath, but I've added some more pranayama and an ancient movement practice to keep me limber, cleansed and flexible. Best of all, it doesn't take long at all!

What's your morning routine?

Would you like to learn how to do mine?

Thanks for the tip! And I’d love to know your routine. Mine is q coffee, some breathing exercises and 1 hour of training with happy loud powerful music...and a cold shower as the cherry of the cake. Exercise gives me a great mood and energy. (YES, MORE! 😂) Wanna you guys try mine? I promise you’ll be happy and in shape, strong and feeling great. Love you all!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ (Soundtrack: sometimes Madonna....there, I said it 😂)

Thanks for sharing Tim. I usually combine different soma breathing techniques and wimhof breathing and take cold showers 3 times a week. I also do some workouts at the gym. I did not understand the technique you shared, so please help me understand it better🙏🏼👌

Then the cold pool or shower. Some meditation. A 20 min of yoga. Then sencha. musli . a sudoko. But I might throw in your cardio workout. Blessings for a great day.
